Summary
Paediatric inflammatory multisystem syndrome temporally associated with SARS-CoV-2 (PIMS-TS) is already becoming known to the Czech paediatric specialist public and is part of a differential diagnosis in patients with a minimum of three days’ fever. The presented article is based on recent published studies, but also on the experience of our department and is dedicated to differential diagnosis of this new disease.
