Well Differentiatd Inflammatory Liposarcoma of the Subcutenaous Tissue(Inflammatory Atypical Lipoma). Report of a Case.
Dobre diferencovaný inflamatórny liposarkómpodkožia (inflamatórny atypický lipomatóznytumor)
Inflamatórny dobre diferencovaný liposarkóm je len nedávno popísaný, pomerne vzácny typ „lowgrade“ liposarkómu. Ide o jednotku napodobňujúcu benígne inflamatórne pseudotumory. Tumorsa vyskytuje prevažne v retroperitoneálnej lokalizácii. V našej kazuistike prezentujeme zriedkavýsubkutánny prípad.

Summary
Well differential inflammatory liposarcoma is a rare type of low grade liposarcoma. Its microsco-pical features may simulate benign inflammatory pseudotumor. A case of this lesion was descri-bed occurring in the subcutis of the right supraclavicular region in 61-year-old woman. Thetumor was round well circumscribed and measured 3 cm in diameter. Histologically, it containeda 1,5 cm inflammatory nodule, which was surrounded by otherwise typical lipoma-like liposarco-ma. The inflammatory nodule was composed of lymphocytic aggregates and spindle to stellatecells with mild atypism. No lipoblasts were seen in this area which mimicked an inflammatorypseudotumor. Correct diagnosis was based on the recognition of the lipoma-like liposarcoma areain this lesion. Our patient had no recurrence six years after the tumor excision.
