Ve svém sdělení se autoři zabývají dvěma formami hypertenzí v těhotenství, a to preeklampsiía preeklampsií superponovanou na chronickou hypertenzi, jež představují velké riziko promatku i pro plod. Osvědčuje se důsledná dispenzarizace všech těhotných žen trpících toutochorobou a spolupráce praktického lékaře a gynekologa.

The authors discuss two forms of hypertension during pregnancy, preeclampsia and chronichypertension superimposed by preeclampsia, which imply a great danger for mother and foetus.Systematic follow up of all pregnant women suffering from this disease and collaboration of thegeneral practitioner and gynaecologist proves useful.
