Surgical Treatment of Chronic Dissecting Aneurysmof the Ascending Aorta and Arch
Operační řešení chronického disekujícího aneuryzmatu ascendentní aorty a oblouku
Disekující aneuryzmata hrudní aorty jsou velmi závažné a vždy život ohrožující stavy. S pokrokem diagnostiky a rozvojem technického zázemí (přístroje pro mimotělní oběh) je možné nynítato závažná onemocnění radikálně řešit.Kazuistika prezentuje 46letého pacienta s chronickým disekujícím aneuryzmatem ascendentníaorty a oblouku, jenž byl na našem pracovišti operován. Byla provedena náhrada aortálníchlopně a ascendentní aorty s replantací koronárních arterií a náhrada oblouku aorty s replantací velkých cév oblouku.

Dissecting aneurysms of the thoracic aorta are serious and always life threatening conditions.With advances in diagnostics and the development of the technical background (equipment forextracorporal circulation) it is possible nowadays to deal radically with these serious diseases.The submitted case-history presents a 46-year-old patient with chronic dissecting aneurysm ofthe ascending aorta and arch, operated at our department. The aortal valve and ascending aortawere replaced with replantation of the coronary arteries and replacement of the aortal archwith replantation of the major vessels of the arch.
