Anatomical Deviation in the Formation of Nervus Axilaris
Anatomická odchýlkavo formovaní nervus axilaris
Východisko:
Odchýlky zistené pri operáciách nás podnietili zahájiť prácu týkajúcu sa variáciítvorenia nervus axilaris.Súbor: U 50 dospelých kadaverov bolo vyšetrených 100 brachiálnych plexov za účelom zisteniaincidencie neurálnych variácií n. axilaris.Výsledky: V 1 prípade (2 %) sme pozorovali odchýlku jeho formovania.Záver: Táto štúdia nám umožnila zistiť a popísať výnimočnú, dosiaľ nepopísanú anatomickúodchýlku, vznik n. axilaris, ako pokračovanie zadnej vetvy horného trunku.
Klíčová slova:
nervus axilaris.

Overview
Background:
deviations observed during operations initiated our investigation on variability inthe course of nervus axilaris.Group: 100 braxial plexuses were examined in 50 adult cadavers in order to determine neuralvariability of n. axilaris. Results: a deviation in the course of n. axilaris was observed in one case (2 %).Conclusion: the study made it possible to determine and describe an exceptional, so farunreported anatomical deviation. The origin of n. axilaris is in a continued posterior branch ofthe upper trunk.
Key words:
nervus axilaris.
