Diagnostika a léčba revmatoidní artritidy – některé nové aspekty

V článku je podán přehled některých nových aspektů etiopatogeneze, diagnostiky a terapie revmatoidní artritidy. Je zdůrazněn význam časné diagnostiky a včasného zahájení léčby s cílem zabránit destrukci tkání a trvalým deformitám. Revmatoidní artritida je nevyléčitelné, ale léčitelné onemocnění.

The article presents a review of some new aspects in the etiopathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The importance of early diagnosis and treatment is underlined, aiming to prevent tissue destruction and permanent deformities. Rheumatoid arthritis is non-curable, but it is a treatable disease.
