Článek popisuje nejčastější novotvary raky, diagnostikované v poradně pro chirurgii raky Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci během 35 let. Převážnou většinu novotvarů raky tvoří nepravé tumory, zejména ganglia, nejméně početné jsou maligní nádory. Pro stanovení správné diagnózy a léčení pravých tumorů je nezbytné histologické vyšetření.

Overview

The article describes the most frequent tumours of the hand, diagnosed in the centre of the hand surgery of the University Hospital Olomouc over a 35- year period. The vast majority of tumours of the hand are tumour-like lesions mainly ganglia, less frequently malignant tumours. Histological examination is essential for correct diagnosis and treatment of tumours.
