Fibromyalgie je jeden z nečastějších bolestivých syndromů ve svalové oblasti pohybového aparátu. Článek pojednává o diagnostice, diferenciální diagnostice fibromyalgických obtíží a poukazuje na jejich vztah s chronickým únavovým syndromem a syndromem mnohočetné citlivosti na chemické látky a syndromem myofasicálním.

Fibromyalgia is one of the most common causes of skeletal muscle pain. The article deals with its diagnosis, the differential diagnosis of fibromyalgias, and highlights its relation to chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity syndrome, and myofascial pain syndrome.
