 Positive thinking, positive motivation, supportive psychotherapy and medical practice
Inappropriate “positive thinking” on the part of a physician may be related to their lack of empathy. On the other hand, positive motivation, positive suggestions and imagination can be useful elements of supportive psychotherapy.
