Summary
Urinary tract infections are very numerous in people over 60 years of age.They will be met by all physicians who care for these patients across the union. Based on current knowledge of pathophysiology, colonization of urinary tract and clinical manifestations westrive for ration altreatment with the aim of restricting antibiotics to indicated cases and the use of other modalities of treatment.
