Summary
The arcticleprovides general information about current knowledges of pathogenesis in development of food allergy, including diagnostic posibilities and pitfalls of IgE and non‑IgE mediated food allergy and their treatment. Further, the most common cause of food intolerance is commented and the diet recommendation.
