DERMATOMYKÓZY

V článku jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o etiologii a patogenezi dermatomykóz a nejčastěji se vyskytujícíklinické obrazy. Jsou zmíněny hlavní zásady terapie, profylaxe a prevence mykóz. Dále se článek soustřeďuje naproblémy, se kterými se lze setkat při vyšetřování a terapii, a snaží se vyvrátit některé mykologické mýty.

Overview

The author summarizes basic knowledge on the aetiology and pathogenesis of dermatomycoses and the mostfrequently encountered clinical pictures. The main principles of therapy, prophylaxis and prevention of mycoses arementioned. The article concentrates also on problems encountered during examination and treatment, and tries toargue against some mycological myths.
