Atypical Form of Food Intake Disorder, a Diagnostic and Therapeutic Problem?
ATYPICKÁ PORUCHA POÍJMU POTRAVY, DIAGNOSTICKÝA TERAPEUTICKÝ PROBLÉM?
Autooi se zabývají problematikou atypické poruchy poíjmu potravy. Tyto poípady rozeleoují na toi skupiny. Prvnískupinu tvooí okruh subklinických forem poruch poíjmu potravy. U druhé skupiny je poítomno vyhubnutí, avšak nenízjištin aktivní podíl pacientky na hubnutí. U toetí skupiny poevažují doprovodné syndromy, jako je depresivnísyndrom a obsedantni kompulzivní syndrom. Autooi upozoroují na nesnáze v diagnostice a terapii tichto netypickýchforem.

Paper deals with problems of atypical forms of food intake disorder. Such disorders can be divided into threegroups. First group included sub-clinical forms of food intake disorders. Patients with signs of thinning are includedinto the second group; however, their active role in slimming cannot be identified. In the third group the accompanyingsyndromes prevail, e.g. the syndrome of depression and obsessive-compulsive syndrome. Problems in the diagnosticsand therapy of those atypical forms are discussed.
