SOCIÁLNÍ DETERMINANTY ZDRAVÍZákladní fakta a doporueení pro praxiv kontextu programu Zdravá mista
Je podána stručná informace o deseti významných sociálních determinantách zdraví, jak byly shrnuty pro potřebypřípravy, konkretizace, realizace i hodnocení evropské zdravotní strategie. Jsou to tyto oblasti: sociální gradient,stres, časné stadium života, sociální izolace, práce, nezaměstnanost, sociální opora, drogová závislost, výživa adoprava. Jsou uvedena i některá doporučení umožňující příznivě ovlivnit působení zmíněných sociálních determinantzdraví. Uvedené informace mají význam pro rozvoj zdravotnictví a širokého sociálního systému péče o zdraví.

Paper provides some basic information on selected social determinants of health that had been summarised in theprocess of creating, detailing, implementing and evaluating the European health policy led by WHO. The socialareas discussed are: social gradient, stress, early life experiences, social exclusion, job control at work, unemploy-ment, social support, addiction, food, and transport. We also present a brief summary of policy recommendationsrelated to social determinants of health. This information is relevant both for the development of the health servicessystem and the system of health care and policy in a broader sense.
