Laryngospasm - Induced Pulmonary Oedema
LARYNGOSPAZMEM INDUKOVANÝ PLICNÍ OTOK
Autoři popisují případ nekardiálního plicního otoku, který vznikl na operačním sále u mladého, atletického nemocného jako následek usilovné ventilace při obstrukci horních cest dýchacích laryngospazmem. Rozebírají patofyziologii, diferenciální diagnostiku i léčebný postup.

The authors report on a case of non-cardiac pulmonary oedema that developed in a young athletic man at an operating theatre. This unusual condition resulted from a laryngospasm followed by strenuous ventilation retractions. Diagnostic routine, differential diagnosis and treatment are described.
