INTERSTICIÁLNÍ PLICNÍ PROCESY
Sdělení je zaměřeno na novou klasifikaci idiopatických intersticiálních pneumonií po morfologické stránce.Současná klasifikace zahrnuje 4 typy, které mají odlišnou klinickou symptomatologii, rozdílnou reakci na terapii,a tím i na prognózu onemocnění.

Newclassification of the idiopathic interstitial pneumonias on the basis of the structural characteristics is presented.The contemporary classification includes four types of disease, differing in the clinical symptomatology, reactionto therapy and prognosis.
