Chirurgická léčba primární plicníhypertenze – transplantace plic
V léčbě primární plicní hypertenze (PPH) bylo v poslední dekádě dosaženo výrazného pokroku. Kontinuálníintravenózní aplikace prostacyklinu a transplantace plic představují komplexní a efektivní možnosti léčby PPH. Jsoudiskutovány indikace, technika, pooperační péče a výsledky transplantace plic pro PPH.

Significant advance in the treatment of the primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) has been achieved in the pastdecade. Continuous intravenous prostacyclin and lung transplantation have become complex and effective approachesin the therapy of PPH. Indication, technique, postoperative care and results of lung transplantation for PPH arediscussed.
