Structure of Atherosclerotic Plaques Compared in Patients with StabileAngina Pectoris and with Acute Coronary Syndrome During Intravascular Ultrasound Examination
Srovnání morfologie aterosklerotických plátůu nemocných se stabilní anginou pectorisa akutním koronárním syndromempři vyšetření intravaskulárním ultrazvukem
Článek podává přehled dosud známých poznatků o rozdílné morfologii aterosklerotických plátů u nemocných sestabilní anginou pectoris a akutním koronárním syndromem při vyšetření intravaskulárním ultrazvukem. Jsoupopsány jak rozdíly popsané patologickými anatomy, tak rozdíly zjistitelné in vivo. Přehled je doplněn o ukázkyjednotlivých morfologických odlišností spolu s odkazy na literaturu podrobně se zabývající danou problematikou.

The article summarises present knowledge on the differences in the structure of atherosclerotic plaques in patientswith stable angina pectoris and in those with acute coronary syndrome during intravascular ultrasound examination.Authors describe differences in the pathologic anatomy and also in the clinics. The review includes pictures of thetypical structural features and references of papers with similar topics.
