Values and Perspectives of the Health Care
Hodnoty a perspektivy péče o zdraví
Článek upozorňuje na význam hodnot v péči o zdraví. Je zmíněn pojem hodnoty a jsou vyloženy některé problémy hodnotových soudů i jejich význam pro péči o zdraví. Autor si blíže všímá zejména tří humánních hodnot, a to důstojnosti, ekvity a solidarity i nástrojů k posílení hodnotové orientace evropské zdravotní politiky. V závěru článku je pozornost věnována hodnotové orientaci a perspektivám zdravotní politiky v České republice.

Overview
Article points at the significance of values in the health care. The concept of the value is considered and problems of value judgments in their meaning for the health care are explained. Author reflects namely three humanitarian values: the dignity, equity and solidarity as well as the tools for strengthening of value orientation in the European health care. In the conclusions attention is given to the value orientation and perspectives of the health policy in the Czech Republic.
