Summary
The neurogenic disfluency issue as a separate unit is seldom described in detail in the literature. Currently, there are no extensive studies available in the accessible sources to address this issue. Publications on this topic are mainly focused on the description of case studies. The submitted paper presents a summary of the neurogenic disfluency issue on the basis of available professional sources. It presents the characteristics of neurogenic disfluency and the possibilities of diagnostics, with regard to differential diagnostics, therapeutic options and their effectiveness.
