Volvulus lienální flexury tračníku
Autoři uvádějí kazuistiku 72letého muže přijatého na Chirurgickou kliniku s obrazem náhlé příhody břišní a se známkami peritoneálního dráždění. Příčinou byl poměrně vzácný nález volvulu lienální flexury, který v tomto případě způsobil rozsáhlou gangrénu tračníku. Řešením byla subtotální kolektomie, nemocný je nyní 4. měsíc po operaci zcela v pořádku.

Overview
The authors present the case-report of a 72-years-old man who was admitted to our clinic with acute abdomen symptoms and signs of acute peritonitis. The cause was rather rare diagnosis of left colon flexure volvulus. This find caused extensive gangrene of colon. Solution was subtotal colectomy, the patient is now 4 months after surgery in good shape.
