Summary

The authors inform about the clinical syndrome, lately described and less known in gynecological community, manifested by the attacks of febrilities, often connected with abdominal symptomatology, which is standardly accompanied by increased IgD serum level. In casuistics they describe their experience with similarly progressing disease in young patient. Nowadays, they consult the case, based on existing laboratory examinations as well as the clinical course, with international working group at University in Dutch Nijmegene “International Hyper-IgD study group”, engaged in this relatively rare disease.
