Summary

Foot is the contact area with the ground during bipedal locomotion. Good function of the foot which is corresponding to mechanical conditions of interaction, especially of functional condition of arch structure, is necessary for the quality of ground contact. Arch dysfunction caused overloading of the certain foot regions; it represents a risk factor of the foot injury or undesirable remodeling of corresponding tissues. Using of special efficient insoles in footwear could be a passive form of prevention. The aim of the study is to observe an effect of these special efficient insoles on „healthy foot“ in sports footwear.
