Summary

Cervical spine instability is a common symptom among patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Diagnostic procedures lead to early manifestation and setting appropriate therapy. However, conservative treatment is the method of choice for patients without cervical myelopathy, cranial dent migration or instability bigger to 8 mm. This article is a longitudinal follow up study of the patients with the subluxation 14 mm who underwent conservative non-surgical treatment for cervical spine instability.
