PROBLEMATIKA REVIZE VELKÝCH NEMOCNIC*

V pražských ZZ (nemocnice fakultní, II. a III. třídy) byly provedeny v průběhu 10letého trváníVZPopakované kontroly poskytovánía vykazování zdravotní péče klientům VZP, a to v jejím objemu a kvalitě. Výsledkem kontrol údajů z IS VZP ověřených vezdravotnické dokumentaci ve zdravotnických zařízeních je zjištění obecných a pro některá IČZ/IČP specifických závad, kteréjsou podrobně probírány s odkazem na důvody většiny závad v závěru.Vzájemná jednání mezi poskytovateli ZP a VZP by měla být vedena cestou dohod a neměla by být chápána jako revize-represe-obrana.

Overview

In Prague health facilities (faculty hospitals grade II and III) in the course of the ten-year existence of the Health InsuranceCompany repeated checks of provision and reporting of health care provided to clients of the General Health InsuranceCompanywere made, as regards volume and quality. The result of controls of data, verified in the documentation of health institutions isthe finding of some general and for some health institutions specific shortcomings which are discussed in detail with referenceto the causes of the majority of shortcomings in the conclusion.Mutual discussions between providers of health care and the General Health Insurance Company should be implemented byagreements and should not be conceived as revision-repression- defence.
