Summary
In October 2015 issued by US and European institutions recommendations procedures for cardiopulmonary resuscitation [1, 2]. The article deals with the history of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, changes that bring new recommendations against former and current outputs for pediatric practice. Significant changes are primarily in the resuscitation of the newborn, which should be another article.
