Summary
Dysfágia je pojem označujúci poruchy prehĺtania. Má vysokú prevalenciu, no stále sa jedná o podhodnotenú diagnózu s potenciálne závažnými medicínskymi dôsledkami. Liečbu dysfágie možno rozdeliť na medicínsku chirurgickú, medicínsku nechirurgickú a behaviorálnu. Behaviorálnu liečbu realizuje zväčša klinický logopéd v rámci multidiciplinárneho tímového prístupu. Cieľom našej práce je prehľad vývoja najčastejšie používaných posturálnych stratégií a prehĺtacích manévrov, východiská pre ich používanie a ich význam v behaviorálnej liečbe orofaryngeálnej dysfágie.
