Polyphenolic Compounds from Hamamelis virginiana L.
POLYFENOLICKÉ OBSAHOVÉ LÁTKYZ HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA L.
Dve fenolové kyseliny a dva flavonolové aglykóny boli izolované z nadzemnej časti Hamamelisvirginiana a identifikované tenkovrstvovou chromatografiou, teplotami topenia a spektrálnýmimetódami ako kyselina galová, etylester kyseliny galovej, kvercetín a kempferol.

Summary
Two phenolic acids and two flavone aglycones were isolated from the aboveground part of Hamamelisvirginiana L. and identified with the use of thin-layer chromatography, melting points, andspectroscopic methods as gallic acid, ethyl gallate, quercetin, and kaempferol.
