Diferencovaný přístup k ošetření extrakčnírány u rizikových pacientů ve srovnánís pacienty zdravými

Autorka v článku předkládá výsledky klinické studie zaměřené na možné rozdíly v hojeníextrakčních ran u pacientů celkově zdravých na straně jedné a u pacientů se zdravotnímrizikem na straně druhé. V průběhu dvou let byly extrahovány zuby u 109 pacientů a to jakzdravých (53) tak i rizikových (56). Autorka sledovala, jak často docházelo ke komplikacímv hojení u obou skupin pacientů v závislosti na lokálním ošetření rány. Výsledky studie ukazují,že výskyt komplikací byl u obou skupin téměř shodný a svědčí pro to, že při zákroku lege artisa při zvýšené opatrnosti nemusí být obava z komplikací u rizikových pacientů.

Overview

The author presents the results of the clinical study focussed on a difference ofthe extraction socket healing between the group of health patients and the group of health –compromised patients. During last two years 184 teeth in 109 patients were extracted. Theauthor traced the frequency of healing complications in both groups of patients according tothe local wound dressing. The results of the study show that the number of complications inboth groups were almost the same and that there is no reason to be anxious about health-compromisedpatients, if sufficient cautiousness and lege artis procedures are observed.
