Molekulární teorie erupce zubu(Souborný referát)

Erupce zubu je proces zahrnující axiální pohyb zubu z polohy jeho vývoje uvnitř čelisti dojeho funkčního postavení v okluzní rovině, na kterém se účastní buňky zubního orgánu a okolníalveolární kosti. Rozhodující význam na tomto procesu má selektivní remodelace alveolárníkosti řízená zubním folikulem, obklopujícím neprořezaný zub. Pro erupci zubu je potřebnáchronologická exprese celé řady genů v dentálním folikulu a nezbytným signálem pro zahájenítohoto procesu jsou regulační aktivity sklovinného orgánu zubu po ukončení tvorby zubníkorunky.

Overview

Tooth eruption is a process encompassing axial movement of the tooth from theposition of its development inside the jaw into its functional position in the occlusion place,where cells of the tooth organ participate with the adjacent alveolar bone. Selective remodelingof alveolar bone controlled by the tooth follicle, surrounding the un-erupted tooth playsa decisive role. Chronologic expression of a series of genes in dental follicle is necessary for thetooth eruption. Regulation activities of the enamel organ of tooth after the formation of thetooth crown ins formed represent the necessary important signal for starting the process.
