To review a current state of the natural orifice surgery.

The analysis of published data and case report.
Conclusion:
Natural orifice surgery makes it possible to perform intraperitoneal surgical procedures with a minimal number of access points in the abdominal wall entryways, so these procedures are hybrids. The aim is to reduce transabdominal assistance to be minimal or none at all.
