Chirurgická léčba karcinomu hrtanu
Karcinom hrtanu spolu s karcinomem hltanu představují nejčastější zhoubné nádory v otolaryngologické praxi. V léčbě karcinomu hrtanu stále hraje rozhodující roli chirurgie. Autor v tomto článku podává přehled možných chirurgických zásahů v léčbě málo pokročilých nádorů prvního a druhého stadia (jako monoterapie) i v léčbě pokročilých stadií v kombinaci s pooperační aktinoterapií.

Overview
Carcinoma of the larynx along with pharyngeal carcinoma represent the most frequent malignant tumors in otolaryngological practice. In the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma surgery continues to play a decisive role. The author presents a review of surgical options in the therapy of less developed tumors in their first and second stages (as monotherapy), as well as in the treatment of advanced stages in combination with postoperative actinotherapy.
