Současný pohled na patofyziologii a léčbu depresivní poruchy
Autor shrnuje základní znalosti z posledních desetiletí a jejich vývoj týkající se teorií patofyziologie depresivní poruchy a hypotéz o mechanismu účinku antidepresiv, počínaje hypotézami deplece významných neurotransmiterů až po současné teorie o významu neuroplasticity.
