Bolesti hlavy a obličeje ORL původu

Práce shrnuje problematiku nejčastějších a klinicky závažných onemocnění ORL oblasti s významnější algickou symptomatologií s důrazem na diferenciálně diagnostickou rozvahu u jednotlivých onemocnění. V přehledu pojednává o jednotlivých orgánových systémech (onemocnění nosu a vedlejších dutin nosních, onemocnění orofaryngu, onemocnění ucha, endokraniální komplikace onemocnění ORL oblasti, nemoci slinných žláz) s krátkým popisem a charakteristickou nejčastějších onemocnění, hlavně pak s důrazem na bolesti jako hlavní symptom těchto chorob. Současně zdůrazňuje nutnost mezioborové spolupráce pro správnou interpretaci klinického nálezu.

Summary

The aim of the article is to outline the most common and clinically important ENT diseases with pain as the main symptom, and to emphasise the differential diagnostic forethought for individual disorders. It is a short compendium of ENT diseases (diseases of the nose and sinuses, oral cavity, ear, intracranial complications and diseases of salivary glands). This review stresses the need for interdisciplinary cooperation to correctly interpret clinical findings.
