Co je angiologie? Jde o medicínský obor studující krevní a lymfatické cévy a jejich onemocnění. S rozvojem techniky, diagnostických a terapeutických metod a se vzrůstající morbiditou a mortalitou na vaskulární nemoci se angiologie stala v posledních desetiletích důležitou medicínskou specializací.

The question is:
What is angiology? It is the branch of medical science studying blood and lymph vessels and their disorders. With the development of techniques, diagnostic and therapeutic methods and with the increasing morbidity and mortality on vascular diseases angiology became in the last decades an important specialization of medicine.
