Primary Tumors of the Duodenum and the Small Intestine in Our Clinical Study Subjects over a Ten-Year Period
Primárne tumory dvanástorníka a tenkého čreva v našom klinickom materiáli za desaťročné obdobie
Autori retrospektívne hodnotia výskyt primárnych tumorov dvanástorníka a tenkého čreva za desaťročné obdobie rokov 1995 až 2004. Z klinických prejavov dominovali u pacientov príznaky krvácania a obštrukcie. Traja pacienti z celkového súboru l3 pacientov sú dokumentovaní v kazuistikách. V závere autori poukazujú na potrebu kombinácie vyšetrovacích metód vzhľadom k obtiažnosti predoperačného stanovenia diagnózy.
