Summary
Aim of study is presentatiton of technical progress of head frame fixation in microneurosurgery.
Discussion:
The use of Sugita multipurpose head fixation frame is complex device. It enables stabile head fixation in different operative approaches and the use of self-retaining brain retractors. Spring soft tissue retractors are condition of smaller craniotomy.
Conclusion:
This ergonomic device helps to optimize microsurgical operative approaches in the field of neurotramatology as well as in elective procecures.
