In spite of the first success transplantation was done between relatives, in the course of time started to dominate the transplantations from the cadaveric donors. Nevertheless even the good transplant organization and modern immunosuppressive therapy this transplantation does not reach as good results as the transplantation from the relatives. And this is the reason of increasing numbers of living donors kidney transplantations.
