The Use of the Elicitor from Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the Production of Flavonoidsby the Culture of Ononis arvensis L. in vitro
VLIV ELICITORU Z PSEUDOMONAS PSEUDOMONASAERUGINOSA AERUGINOSA NA PRODUKCI FLAVONOIDŮKULTUROU JEHLICE ROLNÍ – ONONIS ONONISARVENSIS ARVENSIS L. IN VITRO IN VITRO
Byl sledován vliv elicitoru – usmrcených buněk Pseudomonas aeruginosa na produkci flavonoidůkalusovou a suspenzní kulturou Ononis arvensis L. Testovaný elicitor ovlivnil produkci flavonoidůjak v kalusové, tak i v suspenzní kultuře. Zvýšený obsah flavonoidů v kalusové kultuře byl zazna -menán při použití elicitoru v koncentraci I a II (5,81.10 -2 a 5,81.10 -4 g/l). Maximální produkcenastala po 7denní elicitaci při koncentraci II. Tato produkce byla vyšší o 83 % v porovnání s kon-trolou. U suspenzních kultur byla zvýšená produkce zaznamenána u koncentrací I a III (5,81.10 -2a 5,81.10 -6 g/l). Maximální obsah flavonoidů byl naměřen po 48 hod. elicitace u koncentrace I.V porovnání s kontrolou se jednalo o nárůst obsahu flavonoidů až o 125 %.

The effect of the elicitor, killed cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, on the production of flavonoids bya callus and a suspension culture of Ononis arvensis L. was examined. The tested elicitor influencedthe flavonoid production both in the callus and suspension culture. An increased content offlavonoids in the callus culture was observed with the use of the elicitor in concentrations I and II(5.81.10 -2 and 5.81.10 -4 g/l). The maximal production took place after a seven-day elicitation withconcentration II. This production was higher by 83 % as compared with the control. In suspensioncultures an increased production was observed in concentrations I and III (5.81.10 -2 and5.81.10 6 g/l). The maximal content of flavonoids was measured after 48-hour elicitation withconcentration I. In comparison with the control the increase in the flavonoid content was higher byup to 125 %.
