Summary

Conception of e-learning has several definitions, but the most concise is definition accentuated a pedagogical aspect according which e-learning is characterized as educational process associated with computers and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Such education is realized for achieving educational goals according Bloom’s taxonomy (knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, evaluation). In spite of the fact that the benefits of this new form of teaching are prevailed over, the specialities are existed which require the classical form of teaching. Dentistry belongs to these specialities.

The introduction of e-learning into the classical form of teaching is planned to increase the admission to the profesional relevant informations and to provide the optimal level of dentistry students education.
