Summary
We present a case of a 63‑year‑ old patient with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and vague dyspeptic symptoms. The endoscopic image of the large intestine and terminal ileum detected multiple nodular and polypous lesions. Histological examination of biopsy specimens confirmed significant affection of both small and large intestinal mucosa by B‑ cell small lymphocytic lymphoma.
Key words:
chronic – lymphocytic – leukaemia – colonoscopy – intestines – lymphoma
