Současnost a budoucnost zobrazovacích metodv neuropsychiatrii
Úvodem je poukázáno na historický vývoj vztahů mezi neurologií a psychiatrií. Oba medicínské obory nyní majík sobě podstatně blíže než dříve – dostávají do rukou stejné nástroje, mají společné léčebné metody. Psychiatrie jenyní považovaná za nedílnou součást neurověd . Dále jsou shrnuty poznatky o strukturálních a funkčních změnáchu nejvýznamnějších psychických poruch a nastíněna úloha zobrazovacích metod mozku v budoucnosti psychiatrickéhovýzkumu.

Introduction describes historical relations between neurology and psychiatry. Both disciplines are now much nearerto each other than before – they have received similar diagnostic tools and they have similar therapeutic methods.Psychiatry is considered to be an integral part of neuroscience. The article reviews findings on the structural andfunctional changes accompanying the most serious psychiatric diseases and the growing role of the brain imagingmethods is depicted.
